Koval~Williamson has made a conscious effort to be diverse in our customer base and our product mix. We employ an A-B-C customer strategy. While many representatives choose to pick the low hanging fruit in a market, we strive to treat all prospective customers as important customers (most representatives don't and can't employ the staff to provide this diverse coverage that we believe separates Koval~Williamson from other representatives in the west). We believe in treating all potential customers with superior sales coverage, respect and customer service; for example when we formed our company, customers such as Costco and Amazon were not even in business yet and now they are our largest customers in Washington and we are one of their largest vendors.
